A Series on Senteo 2
First, there’s the Senteo tab in Notebook. This new tab makes it easy to quickly “Tag” questions, set answers, and differentiate between content and assessment pages.

There’s also the Senteo Gradebook. The Gradebook will retain scores for multiple classes and multiple rosters. It’s super easy to set up, and we think you’ll be excited by the new reporting features.

Lastly, there’s powerful assessment tools within the Gradebook. You can tag both questions and students, which will allow you to sort and analyze data in a personalized manner.

With all that being said, as with all new software, we recommend against upgrading immediately. The foremost reason is that once upgraded, Notebook files with Senteo content are not backwards compatible. That means that if you use a computer with Senteo 1, your Senteo 2 assessments won’t work. If the entire school decides to move forward in unison, backwards compatibility won’t be an issue.
